Do I need to be present for my home inspection?
While some homeowners choose to attend part or all of the home inspection, it is not necessary. Many future home owners ask their realtors to attend as well, which is great too. However, as long as we can gain access to the property, we will perform your inspection with the same care and due diligence and will include lots of photos and videos to make sure you can see all deficient items.
How long does a home inspection take
A home inspection typically takes between two and three hours for a standard detached home. Townhomes typically take one and a half to two hours, and condominiums or rental apartments may take one hour to one and a half hours.
How will I get my report
Because we use Spectora software, you will be able to view, print, and download your report through your owners portal. Spectora provides state of the art and five star customer service.
